Hammer away, dipshite. As I said, I was born here; I am not a transplant. And I have probably been here in the US longer than you if you are younger than 68. I am voting for Biden because he is not Trump. Otherwise I have frequently voted Republican. I am conservative in almost every area except immigration and racial equality. I am a gun owner and I am in favor (favour - these are the actual English language spellings of these words BTW, though not 'murican English) of intelligent gun control and responsible gun ownership. I taught my daughter to shoot when she was sixteen so she would know how to use one but I did not allow her to own one until she was legally an adult. I grew up surrounded by Mexicans and Blacks and rednecks and people in Louisiana who spoke French, and I got along with all of them fine. I went five years to university, Texas A&M and University of London, Institute of Archaeology, and worked three years as a nautical archaeologist in the Florida Keys. I was in the US Army until I struck my serjeant in a fight and was thrown out. I was a tug captain and salvage master on the IntraCoastal Canal for ten years and still own a documented US flag diesel tug I have kept as a pleasure vessel. I live in Washington State now and am a widower. I have been on the TreeBuzz for maybe three years and I climb for fun, not as a working arborist. We have a whole subgroup on here who are 'rec' (recreational) tree climbers. Is this enough info for you? Now how about you guys introduce yourselves with some background also, if you are genuine and not simply trolls and Trump's troublemakers. Are any of you actually tree climbers or arbortists? If not, then it is you who are out of your league I think and you should go back wherever the hell you came from and leave us alone. You are not going to change any of our minds about the vote. There are a few Trumpturds on here, to be sure, so you are just preaching to the choir with them and wasting your time there also.

I am fine with all of that as long as a person is not a convicted felon, insane, or a small child. I own all of the above myself except a high capacity magazine. I also own a replica .58 calibre 1862 Gatling gun complete with towing limber and harness for one horse. It will fire up to five rounds a second but is not a machine gun by modern BATF definition since it is not self cocking or self firing. I use it at Civil War reenactments. I notice by your comment about my five years at university that you don't put a lot of importance on a person having an education. Seems to be typical of Trump worshippers.

Let's see? 'Transplant', and 'foreigner' were OK then? How about 'faggot'? Seems like you already lost by your own definition. I don't actually see any of this as an argument anyway. Neither of us will convince the other to vote the other way, obviously. I am merely passing the time while isolating and being semi-retired. And it has been drizzling rain so I can't climb or weld the zinc anodes on the bottom of my tug in drydock. So this has proved an interesting diversion.

Some of your points are not worth an intelligent reply. My father was born here too; I am second generation. None of that matters, does it? Did your folks come over in the bilge of the Mayflower? Do you even know when they came over, or really care? Bottom line, they came from somewhere same as mine, and I have the same vote as you, and it goes to Biden.

Not being Trump is plenty enough reason to vote for Biden. I would vote for a damn hamster to replace him. There are people in insane asylums who would make a better president than Trump. We don't need any other reason. It does even matter who is running against him. That person has my vote and probably the vote of a lot of swing voters who supported him in 2016 and are really sorry they did.
