?What Tree is This?

The pictures were sent to me. Thats all I have. The client has a property in Washington with this tree growing in the yard.
I would have taken better pictures thats for sure.
The vibrunum idea and the camperdown both seem like great candidates.
This is a difficult I.D. with such little information as we (i) have.
Thanks for all the help. This forum is very helpfull. What do we have here, 100 years of experiance from all the professionals? I bet the tree is one of the suggestions

I'm still thinking witchhazel, but pos. camp. Elm, The wavey-ness of the leaves are throwing me off. The leave vain is the same for both, as well is the margin. But witchhazel does have a wave to it.
