What tree is this!!!

So I've been taking care of this tree as if it was an apple tree. I found it in New York 4 years ago as a baby but I'm not entirely sure it's an apple tree or not. Here are some pictures can anyone verify what it is!? Thank you!

Thank you I been keeping it small almost like a bonsai and its been doin ok I put it in the fridge for 8 weeks every winter since I'm in Florida and it comes back every year it's just waking up again for this year now!
