Homemade adjustable. Big ring spliced into 1/2 16 strand, small ring attached with a Beeline friction hitch.

I use a sewn webbed double eye sling with a Carabiner in one end, and a caribiner in the other end with a micro-pulley. for climbing

For rigging we mostly use a loopie sling chokered to the main stem with a rigging block. SOme will say this s time consuming, BUT it takes bark type friction OUT of the worries of rigging. Consistancy is KING!!!!

It IS time consuming... and usually worth it, especially if it's a really sweet rigging point.

For climbing, I'll either use a ring and ring FS, sometimes with an adjustable sling, or a custom Rope Guide I made.
