What’s this chipper worth?

It looks nearly identical to the old Morbark I use to use. I know the history between the two companies and I’m guessing it’s a late 80’s to early 90’s machine?
That’s what I was guessing. No markings on it and no title from last owner. Owners manual I got from Bandit was for 100 and 200+. Old stuff still chugging away.

Can you add autofeed from Kurt at Autofeedplus.com, IIRC?

A little deflector would be an easy fab.
Someone else could but I’m not going to at this point. Was originally thinking about making the chute adjustable up/down with a trailer jack. Think @Jehinten modded his old chipper that way to lob the chips farther. Pleasant machine to feed brush as it doesn’t bog down, autofeed would be a plus with larger wood or machine feed.

That's correct, I did mod my old woodchuck wc17. The 90 had worn through so it needed to be re-fabricated anyways. So I had the outfield of the 90 built 1" smaller on width and height so that the old chute would fit over it. Added a hinge and the adjuster.

I looked into trailer jacks but mounting them and getting enough travel seemed To be an issue. I ended up using a 3pt hitch adjuster and it works great. A little slow to crank but functions well.

The chute will even go vertical if I happen to get a clog, giving easy access to the 90 and a gravity assist clearing a clog in the straight section.
