Washing Stretch Air's

Been here a while
Washing Stretch Air\'s

So I got a pair of the stretch air pants and they are not perfect, but pretty decent as far as wearablity. I do sweat profusely while wearing them. As a result (perhaps) they smell just gawdawful! I HAVE washed them I swear. I followed the guidelines, which include a warm water wash. Not hot which is my go to for getting rid of stink. Wondering if anyone has any tricks up their chainsaw protective pant legs out there.

Re: Washing Stretch Air\'s

Try some borax along with your detergent. My cycling jersy is a poly blend that can get really rank and hold that smell unless I use the borax.

Also hot water is your enemy. The water is really not hot enough to kill the bacteria but instead creates a nice warm environment for bacteria to thrive. I wash all my clothes in cold water and don't have a problem (I'm sure that my stinkiness could be debated to some degree, after all, we are climbing trees in 100 degree weather).

Shower... yeah I knew I was forgetting something. I'll try the cold water. I just ran out of borax, before I got them fancy pants, thanks for the reminder. Thanks fellas.
