Hi,

I'm looking for a used 9 or 6" chip box combo. They don't seem to be around much. But i'd though I'd ask. Location west of the Mississippi would be convenient.

sorry, can't help you out there, but I don't see you getting very much material in a 9 or 6 inch chip box.

there is one on Craigslist (internet classifeds) in Arizona I believe, bout to build my own with a morbark 2060 -maybe. perfect deal for the super small tree biz in my opinion

that's what i'm thinking. thanks for the lead. i'd thought about building one as well. for about half of what they go for new- the newer models in my opinion are over priced.

check out the landscape special at the the shreveport custom trailer website url?? shreve steel or something, the landscape special with dump and platform plus little morbark 2060 and you're set. just need a good 1 ton to drag it around

Just somethings to consider, you will need a good truck with alot of power. Be prepared for terrible milage. I worked with one years ago, pulled it with one of 2 one ton trucks both with deisels. The trucks had poor milage empty but cut milage greatly pulling the combo, empty or full.

Great item for the right situations. Just think parachute when it comes to towing it.
