Using The Buzz Board

Just a quick tip, a few emails I've received recently show me how many members will view the board when not logged in. No problem there but if you do log in (or just stay logged in) all of the new posts since you've last been logged in are highlighted. This saves tons of time looking to see what might be new in each forum. Even the forums are highlighted. Now this only works if you are using the same computer...

Also, the hidden forum "Tree-Free Zone" is invisible to non-members. Enjoy. /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Hey Mark Can you tell me how to attach a picture from a digital camera? Do I have download it into the computer first, or just plug the cord in? And it says "only a certain # of ___bytes please" or something like that..how do I know if I've got too many? /forum/images/graemlins/flag_bs.gif Thanks john

John, you really can't have too many bytes. 5 mil is quite a file! Try to put them into a folder on your computer (maybe desktop) first, then upload. If you want, you can try to resize them first to make them smaller (like 12"x8" or less). Then just write the post, click continue and then click "browse" to find the pic and dbl click it. Then "add post". Is that clear or am I taking things for granted again?

just practicing here
if this works its a redwood i took down on wednesday. im about 105` and the top is on rope.

Yeah, that sounds easy enough. Thanks. Can I post pictures of naked girls in the "General Discussion" section? (I'm kind of a freak)

testing... /forum/images/graemlins/lam.gif

Sorry, no tree pictures yet. No naked ladies either. But I'll be excited if this picture goes through.

Hey Tom, He's A friend's son (only 11 yrs. old). He lost an eye in an accident early on in childhood, and he's been in the trees with me!
You may not remember me. I met you and Mark in Texas, in April 2002. there were two of us competing from Chicago. You gave us 'treebuzz' stickers. One guy back home was actually a little jealous of them.
Will you be at the IL IAA convention Oct. 20?

OK, now I know who I'm talking to. Anyone who makes it to Expo will get TB stickers. We should have Climb Strong stickers for the supporters too.

Won't be at IAA. Let your program and ed folks know that I'm available though.

Tom
