Finally theres peace in my House, midnight, 3 relaxed dogs, my 2 teenagedaughters stopped singing and dancing like loons and went to bed, gf is also “passed” out on the couch. Finnally time to break out the first disk of Jerry beraneks working climber(just recieved series 1 and 2).

Turned on the dvd player that hasnt been used in years, slit in the first disc, region gode is wrong..

God fuc.ing dannit i had forgotten about dvd regions...

Now beraneks dvd cover Will stare at me till late 312D0A9B-1691-44B2-BD95-980B4CAA19D6.webpnext week when i have Time to buy and try it again. Im just so bloody pissed right now.

Just wrote this to air out as none in my household is awake and Would understand it... gonna go out intovthe garden at drink my beer an look at the stars..

Many DVD backup programs can remove the region codes. You can also copy most of them to the hard drive and modify the VIDEO_TS.IFO file to change the code to zero (no regions excluded).

I run Linux on most of my computers, so this isn't an isssue. Both xine and kaffeine DVD player programs will run the DVD regardless of the codes. This also gets around the issue of incompatible video encoding... without having to use a video converter on the TV.
