Also applied for a tree stuff party in Toronto, I'm surprised I haven't heard back yet considering we have an active Rec climbing club and a massive bustling commercial arborist community here. Although T stuff is probably pretty busy at the moment

We've got two more TreeStuff parties coming up in October!

Brad Hudson is hosting one on October 21st in Greenville, South Carolina.

Jeff Inman is hosting one on October 29th in Roanoke, Virginia.

There will be a bunch of people there to learn from and trade ideas with, and we'll be sending out a TON of cool gear to check out.

RSVP here

  • Tuscaloosa, AL - January 14th - Canceled pending new location
  • Sacramento, CA - Febraury 18th - hosted by Ryan Farr
  • McAllen, TX - February 25th - hosted by Erick Navarro

Hey Merle, can you keep us up to date on the Sacramento party? Couldn't find any info on nicks link. I'm assuming you will be the omniscient one.

The party is still on, with a change of venue!

The January 14th party will now be held at Bowers Park. 2101 Bowers Park Dr, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405

So I attended the California treestuff party yesterday in emigrants gap. Great time, great group of people. It exemplified the rugged nature of tree people, bunch of guys and gals climbing in the rain and snow and having fun. I'll let @Bixler and Ryan fill in all the names of the folks who made this work but I just wanted to thank Ryan Farr and Brian Bixler, Richie, Joe and all the others and of course Treestuff for putting this together. It was nice to have a bunch of different ropes to try out and all the different gear to look at. But mostly it was good to meet all the people who are passionate about climbing trees. Thanks everybody.
