That one is the lowest branched specimen I have seen. I was considering cerned that there was a disease that affected lower branches. Every example I have seen has only the top 25% branched.
Problem for us Yanks is we're just coming out of winter now. Flying over Columbus today I noticed Pyrus starting to bloom but that doesn't look like one.
Are we looking at M. azedarach here? We don't have chinaberry up here so I don't know when it flowers, but it looks right and I know it's pretty invasive down your way.
