Oak most commonly seen to break in heavy snow and ice here. Poor compartmentalizer too usually

I wanna say those are sweet gum balls hanging on it. I can convince myself the silhouette might fit, but I can't make anything else about it fit... But that is my best guess for the stuff hanging at the top. Liquidambar styraciflua

Can't quite figure out the poofy things in the lower canopy. Almost looks like cottonwood seed.

No seeds and no fruits. A few shabby looking leaves in spits that held on.

Branching habit on this specimen is pretty unusual for it's age. Normally much more rounded
