I was hoping I was seeing fall color and not red leaves hahaha! It does have that Norway look though, hence my first guess!

How about Acer pseudoplatanus ?

There's 'Brilliantissimum' that has salmon-red-pink in its leaves.


OR

another pseudo - that Korean maple - Acer pseudosieboldianum.
It can handle cold temps. very well.
