Trees from a distance

The largest n.sylvatica I've ever seen. It's really tall with a beefy trunk too. A a remnant of the virgin forest that escaped the axe. Or perhaps a very old second growth tree. If this area was cleared of virgin trees in the late 16 early 1700's and left to reforest for whatever reason, I imagine this could be a 300 year old tree. Unless n.sylvatica is a fast grower. I knew you would get it. That's why I suggested this was an easy one. Well for some people maybe.

Not Acer.
This is an unusual cross. I'd never seen this before and had to do some homework to ID it.
(It does look ALOT like one of the parents though.)
Let me know if clues/photos are required.

It is Ulmus, but neither of those species are in this one.

Not that one, William.
One parent is exotic and DED resistant, the other is not and not.
I just found an actual cultivar listed for this tree, as well as an 'improved' one...
