Treemotion saddle Working load limit (WLL)

hello this topic is probably beaten but my question is the (WLL) working load limit on the treemotion saddle is 120kg/264lbs and im concerned about that what if i go over that limit would it fail? i ordered on the weekend and its shipping to me right now should i return it?. by the way i weigh 200 lb without gear and chainsaw rope ect. so i think i would go over it if i had to carry a big saw like 660 or 390 thank you

You're probably okay taking a 440 up the tree, but a 660 will rip you out of your saddle and put you in a plummet. But it's close; so maybe if you need the bigger saw, just take up a half tank of gas?

Return and and buy a new tribe monkey beaver ! Problem solved. If not you'll need a shoulder harness cause it'll probably sag with a big saw strapped to you, been there done that. TM wasn't for me. I'm the same size as you btw. Welcome to the buzz

I have spent many hour with a 395XP chunking down big redwoods and firs with a TreeMotion. Love it! You will be fine. Whether you like the Treemotion or not? Thats up to you. If you are looking for a great saddle for removals with a larger saw checkout a Skylotek Kolibri.
