Currently we have a vacancy for a Customer Sales and Service Representative at our Melbourne Store.
You will be responsible for:
• Contributing to the sales performance of the store
• Providing up-to-date information on products, climbing systems and techniques to customers
• Maintaining the presentation of the store and ensuring there is an on shelf presence of all showroom products
• Accurate and timely fulfillment of in-store, phone and online orders
• Stock level management to ensure consistent supply to our customers
• Assist at tradeshows, workshops, events and competitions
• Assist in development of company systems and procedures.
To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a passion for providing excellent service to our customers
• Be up to date with modern tree climbing gear and techniques
• Strive to exceed customer and company expectations
• Naturally enjoy building customer relationships to ensure that Treegear is their first choice source of supply.
Previous retail experience, rope splicing experience and arboricultural climbing knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
This is a great opportunity for a climber to get “off the tools” while staying involved in the industry, using your knowledge & experience to “give back” by helping others.
Flexible on hours and days for the right person, from casual to part time to full time, so may suit someone who still wants to climb a couple of days a week.
