Not sure how that even plays a part Rich. Great families frequently have a dysfunctional family member.

He should have seen ahead a person was on the walk , being a driver , you have to look ahead . Maybe he was distracted ? just as the boy was ? two people making a mistake at the same time in the same moment , can't be good . Just saying .
Assaults are a small portion of our injuries, this shows they do happen and can be devastating. Steve was just a guy going home after a day of tree work, and now his life is changed forever. So what can we take from this, maybe that just because the day is over it's not time to relax. Who knows maybe nothing will ever be learned from this. I just hope that a good guy can someday return to the job he loved.Awakenings ? What did we learn
- Don’t hit black kids in Detroit with your truck
- Don’t stay at scene , drive away
- if you do stay at scene , back up , look for aggressors , and speed forward
- stay in truck , lock doors , dial 911 .
- jump in back of truck , start chainsaw , rev it high , than dial 911
- jump out of truck , get what you get !
-learn how to fight as a kid .
- driving down Brokeazz Ave. , hitting a schoolless kid , no good will ever come from that .
Just so you know that’s my PG version, don’t want to upset anyone .
Political an Racial opinions aside , what was your lesson learned from the “Awakening “ ?……….
Hope the guy gets well , tell him that’s why I don’t drive in Chester PA.
I got an alert for this message , so , I'll reply . Hope he gets well and dives in better neighborhoods .Steve is being released from the hospital this Friday. He can walk by himself and is able to dress himself. How long for full recovery if ever is still unknown, but he is on the right track.
