Tree Stuff problem

Anybody else try to buy from Tree Stuff in the last couple of days and not get free shipping for orders over $100? I'd like to know if it was a common problem or just a fluke. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, so I don't think it was offering 13% off but charging a minimum of 27% for shipping regardless of the $ amount ordered.

That's strange. You should use wesspur.

I have had it happen in the past when ordering especially large or heavy objects, ie. pole pruner poles or a GRCS perhaps.

And this :D I usually get my Wesspur packages within 1-2 days. No complaints there.
 
Yeah...big stuff is not free shipping unless that is a special.

I'm sure of you call Monday they will fix it (but may be a busy day on phones of it happened to a lot of peoplr). Touch base with @bonner1040 - he has offered to help with any problems.

Happened to me on my last order. Fuckers charged me $17 for shipping and it took 10 days to get my order. Don't know why either happened?

I've noticed a lot of rope, especially anything that is not the standard 120, 150, or 200 feet comes from Sherill's warehouse in North Carolina instead of treestuff in Indianapolis. I live 3 hrs from treestuff, so the extra shipping time from North Carolina is pretty obvious.
 
It was predicted that this is what was going to become of TreeStuff once the corporate greed took over. It is good to see most of us supporting the little guy working hard to make ends meet. It is something we can be proud of.
 
X2 on the WesSpur recommendation. Great to deal with and their prices are comparable to sale prices at other retailers. Very positive experience with Gap as well, for a few things Wesspur did not have.
 
Happened to me on my last order, November 13th. I didn't catch it until I got a notice that they had issued a credit to my card, the day the order shipped.
 
They caught it as a mistake, I assume? Credited you for the cost of shipping. That's good. I was hoping it was a computer glitch rather than being devious. Good customer service to credit your card.
