Tree Identify

I am trying to Identify this tree. With no luck on google or these "tree identify" web sites. I figure I try here:





I didn't get a full picture of the tree but, they are always cone shaped and mostly on park strips. I live in northern utah if that helps. I can get a pic of the full tree if needed

Any help would be appreciated.

That's the "pears". It is ornamental, so that is about as large as they get. Take care to keep it pruned back. They grow quite symmetrically, but are very brittle and prone to breaking.
