Keystone Tree Experts, a small company located in Doylestown, PA, is looking to hire more production employees.
We are specifically looking for experienced climbers/bucket operators, but the right person will be more than welcome.
Keystone is primarily a Plant Health Care Company, but does enough of its own tree work to keep clients happy. Large, intensive jobs are often subcontracted out. Most of the tree work I have done is trees under 50', and a lot of that is work that can be done without leaving the ground. The occasional large prune/removal/crane job does occur from time to time, but it is far from the norm (150' of climbing line has been about 20' more than I have ever needed).
We all know how physically demanding tree work is, but as a full time production employee on the tree crew I can honestly say, the tree work at this company is about as "easy" as it gets.
Relaxed atmosphere, great chemistry. We are trying to hire to expand, not replace anyone.
