I've seen these advertised, and have thought about buying one for cabling trees. The second picture are the straps that go on tool handles, they are made to go on cordless power tools and such.

There's a little plastic button that locks into the plastic hook on the part shown in the first picture; that first picture is the assembly that attaches to your saddle.
