Better trailer for loading logs and occasionally brush?

There’s not enough affluent people who don’t mind paying for professional services. I have 4 employees and pay them as much as I can and it’s getting harder to keep the 2,500-3,000 a day rate. Even that rate is not enough but you price yourself out any higher.

Dump fees here used to be cheaper. Chips were free and any sized load of logs or brush was $20.

The owner of that mulch yard had a large tub grinder that was fed with a grapple loader. He retired and the new owner's came in with a smaller horizontal grinder. Prices went up to $35 for brush and $65 for any logs that are longer than 24 inches (ridiculous length restriction in my opinion) the price hike up to $65 is for the extra processing that is required for their grinder to handle it. I simply opt to pay the extra fee rather than cut every log down.
