Tool to help with pain and tension

I was going to post in the Training and health forum, but I know a lot of guys don't look there. This has changed my body dynamics and pain, and I wanted to let you all know about it. Mods can move if you want.

I had a chance to play with a Body Wrench at a race a few months back, and I instantly fell in love with the tool. The race only had a demo using one, not 2 tools, and they were showing folks about massage and release with it. I couldn't believe how good it worked. It looked like a gimmick, and I was hesitant until my buddy tried it out and was genuinely WOW'd by the tool.

I received my 2 in the mail today, and to say I am excited would be an understatement. I will eventually try them as strength/conditioning tools, but the real reason I bought them was for rolling out muscles( calves, ITB, etc) and release of my back, neck , and hip muscles. This is the reason I fell in love with them, and the reason I purchased a set as soon as they were available here in the USA. Cant wait to start working on my upper back, and hips. I dont think my deep tissue masseuse is going to be happy with this purchase as I am hoping to cut back on that expense some by using the Body Wrench.

Ill keep you updated in the next few weeks on how well they work when used daily over extended periods.

Get you some!

I use to use a wooden one of those. Maybe 15 yrs or so ago. I ended up wearing it out and tried to turn another from an Oak limb, with little luck of course. Mine was only one "rolling pin" with an indentation in the middle to cradle your spine. It hurt at first, but worked awesome to get the kinks out. Keep us informed.

Now this is a tool that REALLY looks promising for tree workers who are looking to take care of their bodies and prolong their careers.

Thanks Bull for posting this.

Nick-

150 for the pair. You only need a set (2) if you want to take advantage of the strength training aspect of them. If you are just looking for a massage/tension release aspect 1 is all you need.

After showing it to a lot of people at Expo, and having a high interest in it, I called the company and told them about our industry and the high interest levels. The guy I spoke with was nice enough to set us all up with a 10% off code....... Bull

I wish I had 10% off when I bought my set!
