I have also grown goji berries by planting dried berries from the store. They obviously must be separated after sprouting. It occurred to my wife to try it out after we noticed a few mulberry sprouts growing out of the compost after composting some stale trail mix that had storebought, dried, white mulberries in it. I wouldn't be surprised to find it works with any ol' dried fruit from the store.
