The Stein Arbor Trolley looks sweet

Some plywood scraps actually give some pretty impressive capacity.

You can also put a full 8x4' sheet on if you put the uprights in so they are parallel with the ground.

A caster wheel wont serve any purpose.

If the load is balanced you dont need it, in fact IMO it would just get in the way.

I think a caster wheel would just get in the way, and be removed all the time.

Sorry Reg - I made mine within days of first seeing yours with some personal modifications (wheels are wider, with grease fittings and road worthy bearings)

All that said. The time required to pay for the supplies and build our robust version is not cost effective in light of the cost of the Stein product.

We know have the need for 3 trolleys and the next two will be Steins.

You guys sold me on this. I'm a sole proprietor and this thing will save me time and more importantly, my body. And bonner, your 20 foot log was the clincher. If nobody follows that posting with some childish innuendo I will be sincerely disappointed with all of you.

That was a pretty awesome video! It sure would cut down on the time I spend moving logs across flat, paved parking lots!

We used ours all day today while the Dingo sat by and waited for the heavy stuff. No driveways on this job but then again you retired years ago didn't you treeco? Our guys love it.
