I have been a Thomas dealer
Damm good affordable minis, they went Bankrupt
Then I became a Ramrod Dealer
there old 900's damm good machine (Thomas & Finn Copied that design) Have you ever fired one of your Tree Customers for being jerks and unreasonable?
I fired them, worst Biz relationship I ever had, Jimmy speaks of only part of their issues. 2 bad . . . they are not bad machines, a little overpriced and their specs are highly suspect
Now I hooked my wagon to Boxer, very good specs, well built. Fairly priced, fast ground speed, incredible lift, only Mfg with a collapsing track on their 500 models.
My opinion
Vermeer overpriced,
Dingos wheels OK, very easy controls when you are a rookie, I don't recommend the walk behinds Bobcat MT's included,
Finn another Bankrupt excellent mini, used? cheap? I would buy one (There are sources for aftermarket Hydraulic parts for all these machines)
Ditch witch walk behinds don't like them, never run one though
If you don't need to load logs (you have a Clam) The Ditch Witch Zahn is the best unknown Mini out there. The only stand on Articulating mini(that I know of)under 36" wide and Duals are available, I actually don't want to tell you guys about them, cons . . . worst lift height specs, most likely tippy without duals
