Well I’m down to 165 and wear a 31” pant. My 10 year old wears a 29”. 1 good gust of wind and I’m on the ground. Maybe I just don’t have it adjusted correctly.

That is exactly what we want. If it is (which would be pretty understandable after the Denali flopped, and the way the original MCRS was abandoned so suddenly) then I hope Matt doesn't think too badly of us for not buying them.I’ve reached out to Matt. I didn’t ask him who’s making it. I just asked him if he would be willing to confirm if it’s not Weaver.
You know damn well that I am not a size 2.I have a size 2 with size 1 leg pads up for grabs. It’s got a couple years of sweat on it though
I hope you know I was just playing with you and kinda fucking with swing at the same time. I place a very high value on your opinions. My opinions is shit @rico. I can climb in the TM just fine but it's by far not my favorite ever. I just don't think it suits my hips well. I have to crank the ever loving shit out of the waist strap before I leave the ground, then again when I get in the tree, then again later and after just a little while my hips are killing me from pinching and whatnot. If I didn't do that, it would be riding like an adult diaper.
I HAVE NO SOLID INFORMATION ON WHO IS BUILDING THE SADDLE, SUSPICION ONLY. So a lot of effort was taken to tell us, in the video, he would not be revealing the manufacturer of the saddle. Who else makes solid leather products like that? Looks like their work. I don't know but I really want to. If I knew it wasn't them I could help dispel that rumor for him.
Id like the new saddle personally!! I will get you a pic tomorrow of my saddle. It's exactly the same except the rope is green
It wasn't aimed at you. It was just a general tossYou know damn well that I am not a size 2.
You'll have to try a lot harder to hurt my feelings my friend. I knew where you were going with that. Like you, i've ridden in this rodeo long enough to not get may panties in a buch. Took me 50 years to not give a shit what people think. Wish I had figured that out as a child.I hope you know I was just playing with you and kinda fucking with swing at the same time. I place a very high value on your opinions.
I here you on the waist strap on the regular TM. it sucks. S. light is moue bueno.
Steve, the issue with the TM is that the quick release buckle does not actually allow you to adjust it perfectly where you want it, it is always an approximation and adjustments are often needed during a climb session for example when you take a layer off or add a layer. The buckle cannot be adjusted when it is engaged and even if you luckily have it adjusted just right for the moment it fights you when you try to close it. Also, the webbing strap tends to slip slowly through the buckle during climb sessions, it might only be millimeters but it's enough to piss a climber off. It's been my continuous rant on this otherwise great harness as many know.
The TM Super Light is awesome because it doesn't have a quick release buckle and you can cinch it exactly where you want it and adjust as much as you need no problem during a climb. If a climber doesn't like the stock thinner waist belt pad just rip it out and replace with the regular TM waist belt pad. As far as quick releases go on the leg straps, you still have to "step through" to get into the legs on the regular TM with the quick releases open so a minor inconvenience with the TM Super Light to open up the buckle straps and readjust with the harness on, it's an easy/quick adjustment.
As people also likely know I simply ditched the quick release buckle off my TM waist strap and installed a life support quality spec'd and sewn slider buckle that stays put however tight or loose I adjust it, plus two years and it passes a practical inspection every pre-climb. TM Super Light is the easy no-mod way to get to a great harness.

He sent me a pic of Bigfoot last week. Rico was riding that furry beast hard. I could send the audio, but all that grunting and squealing isn’t for the faint of heart.Ok, now we have photographic evidence of the existence of our target. I've forwarded this to the Pentagon, along with our application for some DOD Slush Fund cash to finance our invasion of your sawdust factory. Do you happen to have a picture of Bigfoot, too? I know a guy, who knows a guy in Philly that will pay pretty good money for one.
NoneAny word from matt regarding the possibility of weaver being the manufacturer?
Been having a bitch of a time loosening the waist cinch on the s.light post climb. Cinches great and stays there, really stays there.Steve, the issue with the TM is that the quick release buckle does not actually allow you to adjust it perfectly where you want it, it is always an approximation and adjustments are often needed during a climb session for example when you take a layer off or add a layer. Rip the little tab off. Just scooping the metal with your thumb works better and it sets easier.Been having a bitch of a time loosening the waist cinch on the s.light post climb. Cinches great and stays there, really stays there.
