Did one like that myself 12 years ago when I lived in Michigan. Ours was a little smaller at the base, but split into eleven 30"+ leaders at the main crotch 12' up. Spread covered entire house plus half of the houses on either side. Tree was located 15' behind the owner's house and alongside the detached garage, but if we nosed up to the garage could get most of it with our 17 ton boom truck. I looked at it and figured ~$12K, but was afraid to write the bid. Boss looked at it and since it was winter, we had a foot of snow and work was really slow, took it for $8500 just to keep us all busy. Took us 4 days to get it all down and hauled away (with 2 climbers in the tree for most of the time) and half a day to grind the stump (Rayco RG-50). Not much profit, but no loss either, and lots of good memories about "The Monster!"
