I like that wire wrap idea. What did you coat it with ? Is it replaceable when it wears down ?

I use simple jewelers wire, comes in a variety of colors for those that have style, it's soft and easy to wrap around the L bracket. I put a little epoxy on the L bracket and then wrap, 5 minutes later, solid as a rock. Easy to replace once it wears down but it does not actually wear that fast.
