The difference between the Sandvik and Revolution wheel

I might be buying what looks to be a really nice Carlton 4012 grinder with a revolution wheel on it. The seller is buying a new revolution HD wheel to go with the purchase. Is there a significant difference between the Sandvik wheel and the new river revolution hd?

Didn't help. The grinder I'm looking at is a 4012. I'm just so confused with The old Sandvik (which was new river) as opposed to the new Sandvik (which apparently is manufactured by JP Carlton). I just want to know which holds up better, the new revolution hd vs. the new Sandvik from Carlton.

The early wheels don't hold up great, if he's getting a new wheel have him get the new revolution go to their website it explains the difference or call them there good guys
