Are you going to the conference in F. Collins? The TCC for '07 is going to be run then. A ten climber master's challenge.
 
Good News!!!! We are on for the KAA TCC.

I just got off the phone with Gary Minter of the KAA and he is absolutely desperate for help and would be more than happy to accept the assistance of anyone interested.

The official date is October 14th, I will post the site and contact info as soon as he give it to me. I believe it is in Owensborough (sp?) but have no idea where specifically. Anyone interested in helping out on this one please send me a pm or email so that we can start figuring out arrangements and times that people can come in. Last year the KAA hooked us up with a room for the event and my guess is that they will do the same this year but I can't guarantee that yet. I will bug the ISA to see if they can possibly cover a room as well.

Is the 2007 ITCC going to be on the big island? Are the dates set? This would help in making plans/tickets etc. /forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif

So who all is jumping on the bandwagon on the way down to Kentucky? Also I was wondering if anyone knew of a campground or somewhere to camp close by the comp. If so me and another Purdue guy thought about just camping out. We'll even make sure to bring plenty of ash firewood!!!......... Just kidding.
 
So far I have Norm, Paul (treerat), PUClimber, myself and hopefully Kristian on the list. With any luck we can also get Jason Diehl and whoever else wants to go. I am still working on several sources to help offset the hotel and travel costs and getting some waiver forms from ISA so that we can do this sort of legally.

As we get closer to the event we can start figuring out the carpooling situation. I still haven't gotten word as to the official site for the TCC or when the set up will take place, but as soon as I get it I will pass it on.

Hey Paul & Rich,

I'll be rock-climbing in So IL on the weekend of the TN comp. The TN comp is not all that far from where I'll be climbing, so if I can swing it, I plan on being there.
