Selner Tree & Shrub Care is growing and needs to add an experienced Salesperson to our family owned company. We are looking for someone experienced in the arboriculture field that is a Certified Arborist.

As an Arborist Representative you will be meeting with clients, diagnosing issues and plant health, proposing service and treatments. Must be able to work independently. Must be goal driven. Being a TCIA Accredited company, Safety is our top priority and we are looking for someone that embraces it.

Requirements:

• To be safety conscious in all aspects of tree work and day to day tasks. Understand and follow ANSI Z133 requirements.
• Reliable and dedicated all year round.
• Manages time well for day to day tasks
• Prefer a 2-year degree in Urban Forestry or similar field.
• ISA Certified Arborist with at least 3 years of experience in arboriculture.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn a new program.
• Work independently and be self-motivated.
• Diagnose and provide customers with recommendations and management plan based on their needs.
• Have Regional plant and horticulture knowledge.
• Provide customers with recommendations and management plan based on their needs.
• Build relationships with clients and have excellent communication.
• Goal Driven
