1st day back at TCI yesterday. 2 big removals with 3 guys handled easy as pie in about 5 hours. What an amazing tool. I have a bit to learn as it is way different then a conventional crane.

Cranes, Grapple trucks, mini skids, power rakes..... my head is reeling.

Power rakes ehh?? Which one? The mini skid sweeper from TN? Or a real power broom?

whats it even good for? I have one of the stihl power rakes and its sat in our trailer for all last season, used it maybe 4 or 5 times. I thought a regular old rake was on par with it..

I guess if we had any dead ash left it might be good for dealing with that much of a mess...

I have used something like this for tree planting on street boulevards. Made for easy clean up of the dirt on the pavement. We had a bristle like head for this. I don't think it would work so well with sticks and twigs in the grass.

We use it for cleaning up stump grindings. It does a great job pushing chips and dirt out of the grass. We have used this for about 7 years. It works good.
