Hey!
Anyone out there make use of the TCIA Business Management Guide on figuring your hourly rate?
I've worked it out but seems very convoluted in some places. Would love it if anyone has used it and is willing to do some back and forth discussions on it.
Biggest confusion I am having right now is the "Gross Margin Percent" introduced on page 18.
I understand how they calculate it, but am not sure exactly why they want us to use it for figuring weekly sales.
