Sycamore Crane Job

This Sycamore was esimated by foresters in 1991 to be about 275 years old, making it the oldest tree in the city limits at that time. This tree stood 80' tall with about the same spread. We was not able to take before pictures because lack of a camara. Justin (climbncut) was able to get a camara to the job just in time to get a few shots.

Thanks Lawsonstree. It was 8-4:30 for the whole job, that is from the shop and back. The crane took 5 hours of that.

Good work WoodlandTC, I once took down a lg hollow Cottonwood that was made into the same. It turned out great! It even had glass window!

great removal, and a little press never hurt anyone, free advertising, especially on a tree that big should help you out in these colder months.

Yeah this job went pretty smooth. It defenitly helps when you got the room to set everything up where you want it and with little or no traffic flow. Also the fact of it being hollow makes the cuts go about 10 times faster speeds things up also. Can't complain about a crane!

Awsome!! Takes a couple days to get used to but after break in they rock. Can't wait to try'em out in some snow or slush.
