Quite possibly it's aggressive, yet smooth.

Just trying to help you guys from wasting money on saw porting by a guy that seems to do it with a hoof rasp, center punch and yamabond.

I don't like him actually claiming people are using a 12" lightweight IN TREE ONLY saw for takedowns... Someone is going to try that and get hurt.
Especially in line clearance. 200t and 361/2 for ground guys here. You haven't seen anyone use top handle saws on the ground? Pretty common occurrence.

Ax...handsaw...machete...tophandle...rearhandle...feller-buncher???
Pick the right tool for the job, follow safe procedures, including PPE.
I've done plenty of takedowns...to the stump cut...in 40 years. No cuts with a running chainsaw...knock on wood!
I would say what I did to his face. But I will say no more about it.On another note...

I've dropped many a decent tree with small Homelite and poulan top handles before. Might take longer to take one down, but they will do it. You have to use what ya have with you at the time, Back then I was poor and couldn't afford a high dollar saw. But the wood from it kept me warm all winter.I don't like him actually claiming people are using a 12" lightweight IN TREE ONLY saw for takedowns... Someone is going to try that and get hurt.
