announced Jan. 11 the voluntary recall of Stihl-brand MS 192 T Chain Saws. According to CPSC, these saws can leak fuel, posing a fire hazard. A problem with the saw's clutch assembly springs-which can allow a spring to be projected from the saw housing-has also been discovered.
