any opinion's?

i have a feeling i would get the most bang for my buck with the buck titanium with aluminum pads but i have never tried any of these.... please help

I am on the blue "Komets" (actually made by Antec) and LOVE them. I know they weigh more than the other, but they are VERY comfy and stay put!

have you trie the Antecs? Dont say NOTHING! I have tried Geckos, and feel these are more comfortable. IMO

my antecs are the small hex skrews in the upper padd thing Ihave cranked them down a fue (ha ha) few times too

I use Geckos with pole gaffs. I "tried" the Antecs at M+I/Fresco last year, but I didn't like the shape/angle of the gaffs. By the way, the Green Komets are slightly better made than the Blue Antecs... However, they're both made by Antec.

The Green ones and Blue ones are the same gaff and shank. The pads are the difference. Yes Antec technically is onwed by Sperian whch also owns Bacou Dalloz, Miller, Komet etc etc

I personally love mine.
I USED to absolutley desire a pair of Geckos. One of the guys I work with has them and loves them.

Yes one is leather and VERY soft and flimsy, and the other are like Geckos. Plastic shell with a removable inner plush pad, velcroed in.

MB you going to St. Louis? If so I will bring mine, I am sure someone will have both sets there.

I like the blue ones FAR better. The greens are just a Euro version of caddy pads.

ABSOLUTELY! I have a dead Oak you can try them on. Where are you coming from?

Comming from western MA area, probably about 2.5 hour ride to your place. Do you carry gecko's as well?
