I have several old (1976) Sheffield Lab records (direct pressed to vinyl from Master discs). Later they sold CD & tape versions of the same recordings ................ No Comparison ! ! !

Me and one of my homies made the voyage to Oakland/Berkeley friday afternoon for some BBQ at Everett and Jones and The Tedeschi Trucks band at the Greek Theatre. After eating our body weight in ribs, links, and brisket we found ourselves in a room full of real deal 60’s hippies, air thick with the smoke of NorCal gold, and profoundly good music bouncing off the wall. Wavy Gravy, who is now 88 years old MC'ed and was cruising around in a wheel chair wearing his fucking clown suit for gawd sakes. We headed home with blown minds and our heads filled with good smoke and the genius of Derek Trucks. An amazing evening.

Very Nice !

@Howie65 I do think Johnny Mathis has great expression and control of his voice, but Broce Twain I must say has better expression and interpretation for this song.

Mathis does a great performance in this rendition of, Yesterday When I Was Young by Charles Asnavour
