Sold on the DMM Hub

I've seen this thing being sold a few times, and I never thought anything of it except for being a profitable gimmick for the guy that sells them.

The application it's being used for at 2:25 in the video astonished me. To be able to install a TIP or a rigging point in the middle of air; that's what sold me on the hub.

Yes, I especially like the "floating anchor" set-up too, and all the other rigging options are "super neat" as well, in the right situations they could be time and labor savers, I will say though, one had better be quick with his set up or the rope show circus will turn into a money burner.

Exactly. I think most of the applications aren't even necessary except for burning money/time. A floating anchor is a must have; money maker.

I've been using one as the key component of my base anchor system for SRT for about a year now. It's super slick and shiny and sexy!

You don't need a "hub" to do that, but it does make it easier.
