Do you hate these lights as much as I do. They are so cheap people buy them by the dozen. No matter how many I move there is almost always one that gets smashed during work or moving. Just another shiny thing marketed to women to have a short useful life from china to the dump. We need a charity that ships all that crap back to china as it wears out.

When I found fragile items like this on client's property I added something to the estimate form either requiring that they remove the items or absolving me from damage. After I made that change the issue went away.

You are right...too much junk being used. What a waste of resources.

hahahahhaa, it's so true. Yet, I do enjoy these in gardens when not working, they look great at night, especially knowing its free electricity!

We have them on our 1/4 mile lane 30M apart! Boreality, they are easy to move. BUT remember, I heard you snoring at a confernce you paid good money to be at! Getttin' paid to bend over and move them seems like a no-brainer!!!!!

We just bought a low voltage set. After past experience, I would not want to own a set of solar outdoor lights.

Especially with two 20 watt spot lights, a low voltage light eliminates our need to keep the porch light on.

Having the same steady illumination during the selected time increments is very practical.

Pretty sure our set of 2 spots and 6 other 7 watt lignts, is under 80 watts total when running.

Solar is very handicapped under tree canopy too, if not virtually useless.

Jeez Brent I hope I wasn't snoring. I wonder if I've broken the code of ethics by claiming CEUs for something I slept through. I tell ya though I want my money back because the info was old news to me.

I'm surprised garden lights are getting any suport here. They are my nemisis. Probably because I work in lake country and sometimes I'll move 30 for one tree removal. I try to put stuff back when we're done but those things stay in a pile for the client to rearrange. It seems like I just walk close to them and they break.

I hate em boreality. Especially when they just break right at the bottom. I've broken a few lights like that just trying to put them back in the ground. Then the balancing skills come into play...
