this harness is still in the out of the box shape, absolutley nothing wrong with it, no frays, tears, nothing.
i'll also throw in a isc snap (the new one) and a petzl micrograb and some other things a have lying around i don't use anymore .....size 1 $215 *great deal*

so is that isc snap in the pic the one you are talking about being "the new one" because it doesn't look like the new one to me i dont believe it is available yet
