Scary hack work

I would agree that your equipment isn't a reflection of the quality of your work. However, the longer your in the business you will continously upgrade your equipment to become more efficient. So it does tell you something about the company. Someone mentioned a guy around here that blows chips into a uhaul, I know him and he's no hack, and I noticed that he recently got himself a small dumper. I've yet to witness anything like what tom posted, but I do see lots of mutilated trees. If a homeowner cares only about price, their going to hire a hack, there's little anyone can do about that. Trying to talk to someone like that is like talking to a brick wall, I don't waste too much time with those people because I don't want that kind of customer. You usually get what you pay for.
