Samson 1/2" Stable Braid Bull Rope

I have a mess of double- braids.

Treemaster is a workhorse for natty crotch. Poor for a speed line.

Goes right into a Maasdam rope puller. I was having poor bite in the RP yesterday... time to downgrade due to wear...as said, it is cheap, about the cheapest going.

16 strand has long been my go to for a beater rig line. I've got a few pieces of the old style arbormaster that I can't kill.

Went to 12 strand and I think I like it even better. Knots easier, has even more stretch, and seems to Hockle less thru a porty.

Didn't sherrill have a double braid with a tougher jacket at some point?

Same here with arbor master. Love that rope, they had a 11mm and even a 9/16 but those were short runs probably because they didn’t sell much

My buddy had a hank of 9/16 or 5/8 bluestreak ~10yrs ago which I really liked. Maybe petition them to make a run?

I’m leaning the other way personally. Their 11mm would fit what I’m after better. I favor the 16 strand as an all around rope that natural crotches very well, anything bigger than 1/2” I rarely will natural crotch. Been loving 3/8ths double braid for light rigging but would prefer a smidge bigger and non double braid.

11mm 16strand would be great, i believe courant makes one but its pricey for a beater rig line.
I had a 12 strand 9/16" years ago, it was an off brand. Good pull rope...
