Rope wrench teather installation

Need to install teather on rope wrench but when I I took the bolt out there's still no space to put in the teather? Help!

Did you get this figured out? I think peoples hesitation is due to the fact that if you are having a hard time with the tether maybe your still new to climbing and need to make sure you have a handle on the basics before moving forward with more advanced techniques. Good luck either way.

Which tether do you have? They're all a little bit different, need to know which one you bought in order to advise on correct install on the wrench.
