Rope runner slipping

My rope runner has been slipping when ever I use my 200ft Bluemoon rope. It only happens when I'm towards the end of the rope (typically 50-75ft). The rope is newer, but I've tried to milk it and have used it a few times to try on break it in. There's been no issue with my 150ft Bluemoon rope, although it has been used hard and is close to being retired. One friction axle is new and the other has been turned. The friction plate has a groove, but I've tried the baby bump and it slips as well. It looks like the rope flattens as you get towards the end of the rope.
I love the runner but it's been a bit unsettling to have it slip on tall trees. Any ideas or suggestions on a rope that may work better?

I agree with adjusting the bollard. I also found that my RR works better worn in then it does newer. I developed wearing in the friction axles and it's much smoother now
