I do stand by my earlier statement that Roe v Wade was not making a law, but striking one down (the Texas abortion law) for being unconstitutional. I see that as indisputable.

I'll will get back to you. I looked the above stuff up at lunch, and just finished reading the original Roe v Wade court doc. I also have a better understanding of what you are asking me about, after your last thread. I have evening plans, but hopefully get back to you tonight. I also want to read the docs for this current case.

Something we actually agree on. Leaders SHOULD be physical and mentally fit. It's a high stress job with potential global ramifications.

Trump is an ass. Straight up. One word not even his most ardent supporters have never used to describe him is “classy”. He is not as bright as he thinks, and not as bright as some of his less enlightened supporters think.

But he is not senile. Not yet mentally/medically infirm. He can typically complete a sentence without grammatical buffoonery or tripping over his own tongue. Biden’s decline has been precipitous, glaring and undeniable to any honest observer. Not really breaking news.

You are either joking, delusional, or you simply didn't watch the vids I posted. If not I would encourage you to watch just one of them because to say Old Bone Spurs was tripping over his own tongue would be an understatement. Hell, if I didn't know better I would swear he was medicated..

I find it amazing that the same group of folks who want to force the victims of rape and incest to give birth are the same group of folks who supported, defended, and voted for a man who said that if Ivanka were not his daughter, he would be dating her. An admission that he, Donald J Trump, is sexually attracted to his own daughter. Super creepy!


No big surprise because this is the same man who got caught on tape admitting to non-consensually grabbing women by their pussies...A crime by the way...


Miraculously it is now these very same folks who have decided to appoint themselves as the new morality police and shove their ridiculous sense of right and wrong down the throats of the rest of us (the majority).
