I love my radius ring. Held off for a while because of the price but wish I got it sooner. Way less inward pressure on the hips.

One of the notch radius rings? I saw some others labeled as a radius ring but they're just the standard ring style that comes with most saddles.I love my radius ring. Held off for a while because of the price but wish I got it sooner. Way less inward pressure on the hips.
Doesn't seem like much of a solution. I was just telling you what more expensive swivel naturarbo was talking about.Sherrill notch radius ring would be perfect for you than hydra Rook .
Hah! I seriously entertained something like that, it's really not that bad but cool to have a more compact solution with swivels on your other anchor points too though.pour in epoxy, problem solved![]()
Yup the notch one. A version with a swivel would be cool but I can’t complain about it as is.One of the notch radius rings? I saw some others labeled as a radius ring but they're just the standard ring style that comes with most saddles.
Cool was wondering if the eye would be a good size on it maybe I'll try one out. I'd be pretty hesitant to use a swivel right now except for the camp one that's really easy to inspect.Yup the notch one. A version with a swivel would be cool but I can’t complain about it as is.
Appreciate the heads up! Wesspur sent me an email really quick regarding the inspection notice. I have 4 of them little suckers so I made sure to go through them all right away.@Simpleiowaguy @pete3d
read today they are doing an inspection/ recall on this pulley. just a heads up.
Did you use the exact same bridge size?I love my radius ring. Held off for a while because of the price but wish I got it sooner. Way less inward pressure on the hips.
Possibly…? I guess would just depend on the user and how long they want their bridge. I think it’s the width of 3 dmm ringsHow wide is the RR? Seems like it would need to be secured to walk around and not get banged in sensitive spots.
Would lengthening the bridge a little do the same thing? I can feel a big difference in a small amount of bridge length change.
P.S. Welcome to TreeBuzz!
Thanks - I’ve contacted Rock E. and am awaiting a RMA#.read today they are doing an inspection/ recall on this pulley. just a heads up.
Forgot that you are in America. So european kit is expencive thereI think Gyro is more expensive swivel than anything . It is more expensive than Rock Exotica large swivel that's for sure .
It is true that is an convenient piece of gear tho...
Really ? That Rock Exotica is from Europe ?Forgot that you are in America. So european kit is expencive there
Take this as you will, but Omni block style pulleys are meant to be stationary. Any time there is a chance that the button could be hit in movement, it should not be used. For this reason you probably shouldn't use it on your bridge as life support. I checked into this when a local competitor wanted to use one as part of a friction saver.Last winter I tried a Rock Exotica Omni-Block 1.1" Pulley as my primary SRS rope bridge attachment point, and after at first finding it “scary” grew to like to so much I wouldn’t consider going back to a ring or a carabiner.
Now that I’ve became accustomed to it I find it pleasantly fluid, having both a swivel and pulley, in every direction, and talk about easy on the bridge rope!
The only improvement I would wish for was if the manufacturer was to add a discrete pulley lock (perhaps even a screw that could be installed - hmm maybe I’ll try that modification myself) for a little more friction in certain awkward situations.
