resole?

does anyone know of a good resoler for approach boots? i have a pair a raichel x7's that i absolutely love, but the sole is starting to chunk off in bigger bits after a year of climbing.

i love these boots any help with saving them from a homeless man's feet would be much appreciated.

We have a local guy in Richmond that does boot repair and what not. That's who I take my stuff.

Rubber Room in Bishop, CA. Been a while, but I've had rock climbing shoes resoled there. Reputable back then.

I was just in contact with Asolo last week about some warranty issues and asked about resoling. They gave me this guys info. Looks like he does good work and specializes in hiking, rock climbing, mountaineering boots. I emailed him about my Asolo Synchros? and he gave me a rough estimate of $70 and $9 for shipping. There are some other things you can get done too like laces, etc.

If its stitch down construction, like Limmer, Wesco, White, Nicks, then thats a different beast.
