Rescue Dummy Recomendation

Is this the rescue dummy that ISA uses in there TCC events?

I have never seen this one used at ITCC or Chapters.

I have seen at least 3 different dummy's use at Chapters.
None had such a realistic torso, arms, head, feet.
They were just all canvas to be filled with wood chips, etc.

Southern chapter has one like that. The canvas ones are cheaper though.
